2. Product Warranty and Returns
Products sold on our website are subject to the manufacturer's warranty, not Cympet and Co.'s warranty. The duration and coverage of warranties vary by product and manufacturer. Upon delivery, you have 7 days to inspect items and report any defects or damages. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Personal care items, opened software, custom-ordered items, and items showing signs of use cannot be returned unless defective. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team. Approved returns will be processed within 3-5 business days after item inspection. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (through Paystack). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Cympet and Co. offers two fulfillment options: Home Delivery and In-Store Pickup. For Home Delivery, we typically deliver within 1-3 business days to addresses within Lagos and surrounding areas. Delivery times may be longer for locations outside Lagos depending on logistics partners' capabilities. Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and order value. Customers are responsible for delivery/logistics fees upon receiving goods. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email and SMS. Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete to avoid delays. For In-Store Pickup, orders can be collected from our store at No 41 Shogbamu Street, Bale Bus Stop, New Garage, Lagos during business hours. In-Store pickup typically has no additional delivery charges.
5. Order Cancellation and Modifications
You may cancel or modify your order before it has been processed and shipped. Important Information About Paystack Payments
All payments processed through Cympet and Co. are handled by Paystack, a secure payment gateway licensed and regulated in Nigeria. When you choose to pay for your order, you are entering into a transaction with Paystack, and your payment is governed by Paystack's terms and conditions in addition to Cympet and Co.'s terms. By proceeding with payment through Paystack, you acknowledge and accept Paystack's terms of service.
Payment Methods Accepted Through Paystack:
- Visa Cards: Including Visa Debit and Credit cards issued by any Nigerian or international bank
- Mastercard: Including Mastercard Debit and Credit cards
- Bank Transfers: Direct bank transfers to our Cympet Enterprises account (Account: 2008885373, Bank: First Bank of Nigeria). Customers must include their transaction reference when transferring via bank
- USSD/Mobile Money: Where available through Paystack's platform
Transaction Reference Numbers:
Every successful transaction through Paystack generates a unique transaction reference number. This reference is crucial for your records and for customer service inquiries.
